The Experience... Of Experiencing You

The most successful people... the most successful organizations... on every continent and in every country throughout the world... are intentionally and intensely focused on “the personal, professional and organizational experiences” of the people and organizations they serve!

Every successful organization carefully monitors satisfaction and “the customer experience.”  You will find a direct and high correlation between the most successful organizations and the way organizations measure, monitor and respond to customer feedback about those “customer experiences.”

So what about you... right now?  Not tomorrow, not next week, not next month and not next year... right now, what about you?  Wherever you are and whatever you are doing on this very day... are you focused, like a laser, on the experiences you create for those you serve? 

Not just at work, on the job or in your profession.  Each and very person you serve, influence or relate to, in any way and in every area of your life... has a resulting “experience.”  That resulting experience, and those cumulative resulting experiences, almost totally determines your life experiences, including your level of success in the areas you choose to pursue.  Almost exclusively, your success, achievements, happiness, joy, fulfillment and legacy is determined by the “experiences” you create for others as they relate and deal with you. 

Think about it.  If you think deeply, I believe you will agree.  Almost exclusively, your success, achievements, happiness, joy, fulfillment and legacy, in every area of your life, is determined by the “experiences” you create for others as they relate and deal with you! 

One would not go wrong, in my opinion, if one adopted a life-long theme and focus such as:  “It’s All About Experiences, or “It’s All About The Experience,” or “The Experiences I Create For Others Will Determine My Destiny.    

What is it like to experience you?  Think deeply about that question.  What is it like to experience you?  Take the time and make the effort to carefully describe, in detail, the experience... of experiencing you... in all areas of your life.  You will be amazed what you learn, what you discover, and the adjustments you will make... even among those who are already highly successful.

It really is all about the experiences you create for others!  The Experiences You Create For Others Will Determine Your Value and Your Destiny!
